Guidelines for Service Providers at the Veterans' Resource Fair:

Each service provider must participate for the entire event from 10 A.M. to 3 P.M.
No soliciting for profit
No banners, flags, or posters higher than 2 ft above the table. We want to be considerate of the space allotted per vendor.
Application Deadline: Friday March 17, 2017

The resource fair is open to all Veterans, active Military Personel, and Families

No Entry Fee
Free Parking
Free Lunch
Door Prize Drawing
Up to 50 Exhibitors with great resources for veterans & families.
Service Animals Only! No pets allowed unless they are certified service animals.
Free child care.

Where: Santa Clara County Fairgrounds, Fiesta Hall, 344 Tully Road, San Jose, CA 95111

Even though 501(c)3 table space is free, however, we request that nonprofit exhibitors
consider donating at least $25-$50 to help us cover cost of infrastructure.

NO monetary donations should ever be given to anyone claiming to represent the Advisory Council of the Vet Center or the San Jose Vet Center itself.

TABLE SPACE Table and 2 chairs and table space is reserved to all organizations offering goods or services to our veterans. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to place your organization's table, based on space requirements. San Jose Veterans' Center Advisory Council management reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor for any reason.

Reminder: All exhibitor applications will be reviewed by San Jose Veterans' Center Advisory Council, and all acceptance/rejections are up to the team. We have very limited space so we will not be able to fit in all applicants. We will let you know whether your application is accepted as soon as a decision is made. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or any organization for any reason at our sole discretion.
